Anna Saelinger

Anna is a research and data analyst at GSX. In her role, she researches the latest training, validation, and job analysis trends to keep GSX at the forefront of industry standards and practices. Anna also assists in data analysis, development and validation of certification exams, and job analyses.


Prior to joining GSX, Anna worked at Northrop Grumman as an Organizational Effectiveness consultant. There, she developed a training deck for new hires and interns, assessed the effectiveness of specific internship programs, assisted in the analysis of their engagement survey, and worked to improve the company’s feedback culture.


Anna has a master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, with a concentration in International I/O Psychology, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in anthropology.


  • Before switching to I/O Psychology, Anna initially wanted to major in Anthropology. During this time, she went on an archeological dig in the Czech Republic.


  • Anna plans to get her PhD in I/O Psychology.


  • Anna loves thrills. She has gone skydiving, and she hopes to go shark cage diving in Australia.
