Colleen is currently a project manager with GSX. In this role, she supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of knowledge-and skills-based assessments by engaging with clients to identify and recruit subject matter experts as well as facilitate SME working groups.
Prior to joining GSX, Colleen served as the operations manager for Volunteer Engagement with the American Nurses Credentialing Center, where she provided advice and oversight on creating panels of subject matter experts for the 18 nursing certifications offered. She is a native of Washington, DC and holds a master’s degree in Geographic & Cartographic Science from George Mason University as well as a bachelor’s degree in Geography from the University of Mary Washington. Colleen serves on the board of directors for Child Life Disaster Relief, a nonprofit that seeks to mitigate the effects of traumatic events by empowering and supporting children and families in crisis.
