Computer Technology Industry Association (CompTIA):
GSX has performed multiple research projects for CompTIA in support of the broad ICT workforce. These projects have included development of a career navigation process, a DOL funded IT apprenticeship model, research on industry recertification practices, and mapping CompTIA certifications with other international IT competency frameworks.
Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC):
GSX supported MSSC with technical advice, technical services, and expert guidance for the development of the standards, assessment, and curriculum for the MSSC Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) and Certified Logistics Technician (CLT). Throughout the project, GSX adhered to the American National Standards Institute’s (ANSI) requirements designated by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Personnel Accreditation Standard 17024 and equitable certification and assessment development. The certification program is now accredited and deployed.
Society for Manufacturing Engineers (SME)-Lean Manufacturing:
GSX is conducting a strategic and design analysis of the Lean Manufacturing Certification Program to support both extended reach and greater impact.
United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF):
GSX has formed a working relationship with USGIF to develop a credentialing program across the breadth of the Geospatial Intelligence community, both within the national security realm and in other industry sectors that are embracing these technologies.
American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) International:
GSX is engaged with ASIS in multiple capacities. Currently GSX is funded by ASIS to develop enterprise metrics for assessing organizational performance and management goal setting. GSX is also developing certificate programs and supporting the development of a strategic initiative to address the broader security workforce requirements in multiple sectors.
US Department of Labor:
Contracted to research causes and barriers to increased employment of women in the Transportation sector.
National Institute of Corrections (NIC):
GSX is funded to determine core competencies for corrections learning and performance Professionals.
National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP):
GSX provides technical support for the validation of the Certified Workforce Development Professional competencies. This program has been launched by NAWDP.
Small Business Administration (SBA):
GSX conducted research and published an SBA Report on the effects of training on business performance.
